With only a week and day to go, it’s time to dive into Week Four. This week is the most difficult for participants celebrating Thanksgiving, but difficult doesn’t mean impossible. It’s all about timing and perseverance. We got this!
Let’s check in because guess what? The winners are rolling in!
I’m at a little over 40,000, and no writing will be done on my part between Wednesday and Sunday during Week Four. I find I can write about 500 to 600 words every 15 minutes, which comes to about 2,000 words in an hour. Easier said than done, but it’s happening.
No matter what happens, participation and meeting personal goals are what it’s all about. I love the feeling of camaraderie and solidarity that comes with participating in NaNoWriMo. That’s the best part, but hitting 50,000 before November 30 feels pretty good, too.
